I had a fantastic stay at the hotel - the rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The service was top-notch; the staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was a bit tired, but we were informed of upcoming renovations. Despite that, we were really looked after and will definitely stay here again in the spring, especially for the value compared to York center. Thank you, Peter, for making our stay fabulous! I highly recommend this hotel, especially for wedding guests at The Normans. We got more than we paid for; cheap but well above our expectations. Oh, and Tony, the night staff, even helped us into our room when we were a bit too tipsy – thanks, Tony!
